At our core, we are dedicated to crafting digital experiences that feel intuitive, seamless, and genuinely helpful for our users. We believe that great design is the bridge between complex technology and human needs, and we are currently building a product that aims to simplify how people interact with their digital environment. By joining our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual language and functional flow of a platform that prioritizes user satisfaction above all else.
The role
We are searching for a Lead UX UI Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of how to translate user needs into polished, production-ready interfaces. Because we value the collaborative energy of working together in person, this role is strictly on-site at our office in the Pasadena and San Marino area of California.
Core responsibilities
- Work closely with our product management and engineering teams to define the product direction and implement creative, innovative solutions for our visual and user experience strategy.
- Take full ownership of the visual design process, moving from initial concepts all the way to final, production-ready hand-offs for our responsive web interfaces.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, and detailed user flows that clearly communicate your interaction ideas and design concepts to the rest of the team.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in UX design, UI design, and interaction design. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with the following:
- Proficiency in creating detailed wireframes and mapping out complex user flows.
- Experience conducting user research and applying feedback to iterate on designs.
- The ability to present and defend your design decisions to both peers and executive stakeholders.
- Fluency in English to ensure clear communication across all departments.
Compensation and benefits
We provide a collaborative work environment where your design contributions will have a direct impact on the final product. We are committed to supporting our team members as they tackle challenging design problems and grow within our organization.
How to apply
If you are a passionate designer who thrives in an on-site, collaborative environment and you are ready to lead our design efforts, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a link to your portfolio to start the conversation about how your skills can help us build a better product.
