The opportunity

We are entering an exciting phase of growth, and we need a Lead UX Researcher to build our research practice from the ground up. You will be the architect of how we understand our users, turning scattered insights into a cohesive body of knowledge. By establishing this function, you will empower our product, design, and business teams to make informed, strategic decisions. You will report directly to the Head of Product Design and work closely with our talented team of product designers to ensure our research efforts are deeply integrated into every stage of product development.

A day in the life

• You will design and implement a scalable research repository that serves as the single source of truth for user insights across the entire organization.
• You will conduct generative research to define key user personas and jobs to be done, ensuring our product roadmap is grounded in a deep understanding of our customers.
• You will mentor and coach team members, helping product managers and designers gain the confidence to conduct their own lightweight research while fostering a culture of evidence-based decision-making.

Who you are

You are a strategic thinker with extensive experience delivering UX research within a product-focused organization. You have likely built or scaled a research practice before, and you understand how to align research goals with broader business objectives. You possess exceptional storytelling skills, which allow you to translate raw observations into compelling, actionable data. You are a natural facilitator who enjoys mentoring others and building bridges between different departments to ensure research is seen as an enabler rather than a bottleneck. You are fluent in English and ready to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
