Role at a glance
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, India. We are seeking an experienced design leader with over seven years of professional background to own our UX strategy and elevate our product experience within a fast-paced, agile environment.
Your impact
- Own the UX lifecycle by driving projects from initial research and strategy through to high-fidelity prototyping, testing, and final iteration.
- Champion the user by conducting deep research to uncover needs and translating those insights into delightful, accessible, and functional interface designs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure our design systems and workflows remain seamless and scalable.
What you'll need
- Over 7 years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of leading projects from concept to launch.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create high-quality, user-centered interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and extensive experience building or maintaining complex design systems.
- A deep understanding of interaction design, accessibility standards, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior designers while fostering a creative, collaborative team culture.
- Fluency in English to effectively communicate complex design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
