The role

We are seeking a Lead UX Designer to join our team in Bengaluru on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a senior-level position for a creative professional who is ready to take ownership of our design strategy. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of our platform, ensuring that our complex automation tools remain intuitive and accessible for all users.

Core responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UX lifecycle, including conducting user research, developing strategy, creating prototypes, and performing rigorous testing to refine our product.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, and marketing to deliver seamless user journeys within our fast-paced agile environment.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence by leading design reviews and sharing your expertise to help the team grow.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in user-centered design and a passion for solving complex problems. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 7 years of professional experience in UX design, with a proven track record of leading projects from conception to launch.
• Deep proficiency in Figma and the ability to create high-quality vector-based assets.
• Extensive experience in building and maintaining complex design systems.
• A robust portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design beautiful and functional interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong communication skills, allowing you to translate intricate design concepts into actionable plans for the wider team.
• Fluency in English.
