As a Lead User Experience Designer working on-site in India, you will join a passionate engineering team dedicated to simplifying technology so our customers can thrive. This is a full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our enterprise software by crafting intuitive, efficient features that empower our users.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough user research to identify and address the unmet needs of our stakeholders and customers.
- Plan and facilitate usability testing, analyzing the results to prioritize improvements with our product management team.
- Develop wireframes and pixel-perfect prototypes for web and mobile interfaces, ensuring they align with our low-code design system and demonstrate clear, functional interaction flows.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in design and a collaborative mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience specifically in interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working within Agile development teams alongside software engineers and product managers.
- A robust portfolio that demonstrates your creativity, depth of thought, and expertise in interaction design.
- A solid understanding of the enterprise software development lifecycle.
