Lead UI Designer at Flipside

We are looking for a Lead UI Designer to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. We are seeking a creative leader who is passionate about building user-first digital experiences, from enterprise websites to mobile applications, that truly push the boundaries of design.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling, user-centric design solutions and creative concepts that align with strategic goals and demonstrate high-level decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners in user experience, content strategy, and development to ensure all designs are functional, accessible, and data-driven.
• Present your work with confidence during internal and client-facing meetings while maintaining a proactive approach to project timelines and team communication.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess 7 to 10 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years working within an agency environment. You must have a deep understanding of digital design systems, accessibility standards, and the ability to apply brand visual languages across various platforms. We require mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Suite. A strong interest in emerging technologies, such as AR and VR, is highly valued. You should be a self-motivated problem solver who is comfortable managing multiple projects and articulating complex design concepts to stakeholders.

What we offer
