Role at a glance

We are seeking a Lead Strategic Communications Copywriter to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position that offers a hybrid work arrangement. You will play a pivotal role in crafting our brand voice and messaging, working in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly support our mission-driven goals.

Your impact

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication programs that align with our business priorities and organizational strategy.
• Create compelling, customer-facing content across our website, email, social media, and offline channels to clearly explain our mission and offerings.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to distill complex information into accessible, impactful messaging that resonates with both internal and external audiences.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should be a skilled storyteller with a proactive mindset and a deep commitment to our environmental mission. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in marketing copywriting.
• A proven ability to synthesize complex products and processes into simple, digestible communication.
• Strong expertise in proofreading, editing, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to build meaningful relationships across various business units.
• A self-starter attitude, comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• An online portfolio or writing samples are required for your application.

Perks and compensation
