What you bring

As a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our full-time, remote team. You will be responsible for architecting and delivering the next generation of our agentic products by collaborating directly with our leadership and product teams. Your expertise in Python, TypeScript, React, AWS, and Kubernetes will be essential as you navigate the evolving landscape of AI development and LLM integration.

• Own end-to-end product experiences, managing features from initial data acquisition through to the final user interface.
• Design and implement complex, multi-step LLM workflows that utilize structured logic, memory, and diverse data sources.
• Ensure all services are production-grade by implementing robust instrumentation, logging, and monitoring in partnership with our reliability engineers.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with six to ten years of experience in individual contributor roles, ideally supported by a degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional background. You should have a proven track record of building resilient, large-scale enterprise applications. Technical proficiency in PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka is required, along with a deep understanding of web security and networking. Beyond your technical toolkit, you should be a clear communicator and a collaborative partner who thrives in ambiguous environments.
