TradeLanes is an innovative startup transforming global trade by replacing paper-heavy processes with streamlined workflow automation. We are looking for a Lead Product Marketer to drive our new product-led growth strategy and help us deliver immense value to customers in the international shipping industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead our product marketing roadmap and own the overall positioning and integrity of our brand.
- Conduct deep customer research using the Jobs To Be Done framework to inform messaging and strategy.
- Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies across sales, PR, content, and events.
- Optimize marketing funnels, including SEO, website performance, and email campaigns.
- Manage feature launches and drive customer adoption from free to paid tiers.
- Oversee all customer touchpoints and manage external marketing vendors or contractors.
- Define key performance metrics, manage the departmental budget, and report progress directly to the CEO.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, ideally within the SaaS sector.
- Strong expertise in funnel conversion optimization and martech tools.
- Exceptional storytelling, positioning, and messaging skills with superior proficiency in English.
- A data-driven mindset combined with the creativity to test new approaches.
- A Bachelor’s degree or MBA in a relevant field.
- Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Comfort and experience working in a remote environment.

- Prior experience specifically in product marketing roles.
- Background in workflow automation technology or the import and export industry.
