We are Overjet, the global leader in dental AI. Thousands of dental providers and insurers already use our platform to deliver better care, and we are expanding rapidly to improve oral health for millions of people. We are hiring a Lead Product Manager on a full-time remote basis to guide the creation of new AI-driven product lines that will shape the future of dental care. In this role you will launch 0-to-1 initiatives, collaborate with founders and top talent in AI and healthcare, and directly influence how dental practices and insurers operate.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that build a lasting competitive advantage and establish market leadership for Overjet.
- Perform in-depth market research to define the total addressable market and uncover the most important customer needs.
- Serve as a general manager by assembling and leading cross-functional teams that span Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, and Support.
Requirements
- At least ten years of product management experience with a track record of strong product intuition and disciplined execution.
- Demonstrated success working alongside UX designers, engineering, marketing, sales, and business development teams.
- Proven skill at pinpointing the features that deliver the greatest customer value.
- Exceptional attention to detail, including precise product copy and interface elements.
- Experience defining and implementing build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions.
