Role at a glance
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level position where you will help shape our mental health platform. You can work from our headquarters in Burlingame, California, or choose a hybrid or fully remote arrangement, provided you are located within the United States.
Your impact
- Take ownership of the end-to-end user journey, guiding projects from initial ideation through to final production.
- Enhance our platform’s scalability and configurability within our Client Enrollment and Systems team to improve the experience for members and partners.
- Lead the evolution of our holistic design system and component library while championing accessibility standards across our web and mobile platforms.
What you'll need
We are looking for a seasoned designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should bring the following to our team:
- At least 8 years of experience in UX, UI, or HCI, with a strong background in mobile design.
- A proven ability to ship successful products and implement robust design systems within an iterative development cycle.
- Deep expertise in accessibility standards like WCAG.
- High proficiency in design tools such as Figma and UI development tools like Storybook.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your mastery of UX-focused work for both web and mobile applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with engineers, clinicians, and executives.
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
