About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this senior individual contributor role, you will be instrumental in shaping our design vision and driving complex projects that influence the future of research. You will play a key part in elevating our design standards while working across our product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive design vision that balances high-level strategy with detailed UI and interaction design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, and research to solve complex, ambiguous problems through an iterative process.
- Act as a champion for user-centric design by mentoring fellow designers and sharing your expertise to influence stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in product design, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. You should possess a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. We value excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions in the context of business goals. You should be a pragmatic problem-solver who knows how to balance high-quality output with the need for efficient delivery. We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every single requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and potential.
Location
This role is based in the United Kingdom and follows a hybrid work model, allowing for a flexible balance between office collaboration and remote work.
