What you'll be doing
- You will manage and mentor our UX team, providing guidance to Product and Visual Designers while fostering their professional growth.
- You will spearhead our design strategy by defining robust design systems and championing player-centric principles that align with our brand objectives across both web and mobile platforms.
- You will act as a key partner to leadership, presenting design concepts and data-informed research to stakeholders to ensure our product vision remains cohesive and innovative.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in digital product design, including a minimum of 3 years in a management capacity. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Deep expertise in user-centered design processes, research methodologies, and the creation of design systems that improve scalability.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch and the Adobe Suite, with a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript being a plus.
- The ability to bridge the gap between design and engineering, with a solid understanding of web and mobile technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale clearly to senior management.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your mastery of UI/UX best practices and human-centered design.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
