Lead Product Designer at Noibu

Noibu is the fastest-growing technology company in Canada's capital, helping major brands like Levi’s and Air Transat recover millions in lost sales by resolving critical e-commerce errors. We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to join our team in Canada to shape our B2B SaaS products and mentor our growing design organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide design leadership by collaborating with product managers and fellow designers to elevate the quality of our output.
• Conduct direct customer research to understand user motivations, challenges, and workflows.
• Manage and mentor other product designers.
• Partner with engineering squads to develop and mature our early-stage analytics platform.
• Own the full design lifecycle, from translating customer insights into disruptive product concepts to finalizing detailed interactions.
• Build prototypes to test viability and refine workflows.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and engineering partners.

Must-haves

• Extensive experience designing complex digital products and systems rather than just websites.
• Proven ability to act as a design champion and advocate across an organization.
• Hands-on experience conducting your own customer research and validation.
• Proficiency in designing data visualizations, such as charts and graphs.
• Experience leading design teams and establishing operational processes within a software company.
• A strong background in contributing to and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Fluency in English.
