What you bring

We are seeking an innovative Lead Product Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will take ownership of design projects from their initial conception through to final delivery, ensuring our platform remains intuitive and impactful for our users. You will be based anywhere within the United States, working alongside cross-functional teams to shape the future of our product.

• Translate user needs into actionable product requirements by utilizing sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to validate concepts through user testing and data-driven insights.
• Maintain and evolve our design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all of our web and mobile applications.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of experience in product design, specifically in building digital products with increasing levels of responsibility. You should be comfortable designing user interfaces from scratch that function seamlessly across various devices and platforms. We look for individuals who have a strong grasp of both web and app development and can effectively communicate technical concepts and design trade-offs to stakeholders. You should be proficient in English and be able to demonstrate your ability to turn high-level visions into creative, user-centric solutions through a professional portfolio. The starting point for this role is $125,000, which includes both base pay and bonuses, with the final offer adjusted based on your specific experience and skills.
