Role at a glance

We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based in India, and you will have the flexibility of a hybrid work environment. You will be instrumental in guiding our design strategy and shaping the future of our climate-focused software solutions.

Your impact

• Lead the charge in transforming how our clients operate by designing and delivering innovative digital products that drive real-world impact.
• Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to build comprehensive design deliverables, including service blueprints, journey maps, prototypes, and robust design systems.
• Facilitate strategy workshops and make high-level decisions that influence the success of our product portfolio while proactively managing project risks and stakeholder alignment.

What you'll need

• A bachelor’s degree in a design-related field or equivalent practical experience, paired with at least 6 years of professional UX design experience.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your mastery of design principles across both mobile and web platforms.
• Deep expertise in at least three core areas, such as user research, service design, visual design, or interface design.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, or Framer.
• The ability to translate complex ideas into polished, functional prototypes and communicate those concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English to ensure effective collaboration across our global organization.
