Lead Product Designer at Fueled

We are Fueled, a digital product agency that builds commercially successful native and web applications for clients around the world. We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who can shape creative direction, mentor designers, and deliver polished experiences across iOS, Android, and the web.

Responsibilities

• Guide projects from early strategy through high-fidelity design, build, launch, and marketing.
• Set creative direction and raise the overall quality bar for design deliverables.
• Present work clearly to senior stakeholders and confidently advocate for the best solution.
• Collaborate daily with designers, product managers, engineers, and clients.
• Lead and delegate tasks to other designers to keep projects on vision.
• Mentor product designers and support their professional growth.
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and platform guidelines.

Must-haves

• Five or more years in a creative role, including at least two years at a digital agency.
• Strong portfolio of shipped iOS or Android products that are both beautiful and highly usable.
• Experience working inside agile teams.
• Deep familiarity with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines or Google’s Material Design.
• Expert-level skill with Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of modern iOS, Android, web, and OS X interface patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable in client-facing situations.
• Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems, team workflows, activity feeds, data visualizations, email design, or responsive web projects.
