About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our AI training initiatives. You will help shape the future of how sales teams learn and practice by designing innovative AI-powered simulations and feedback loops. You will work alongside our product managers, researchers, and engineers to build intuitive experiences that deliver real value to our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the design process for our AI-powered training features, managing everything from initial concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Develop a clear vision and strategy for our AI training tools to ensure we maintain our competitive edge in the market.
- Conduct thorough user research and data analysis to gain deep insights into user behaviors and needs, which will directly inform your design decisions.
Requirements
- You have 6 to 8 years of professional experience in product design, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS environments.
- You bring proven experience in designing products driven by AI.
- You possess a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and principles.
- You are highly proficient in industry-standard design tools, specifically Figma.
- You must provide a link to your portfolio to be considered for this position.
- Experience designing for learning and development platforms is considered a significant bonus.
Location
This position is based in India and operates on a hybrid work model.
