Lead Product Designer at Fueled

Role at a glance

This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere. We are seeking an experienced design lead who can set creative direction and drive projects from initial strategy to final launch. While this is a lead role, it is focused on hands-on design excellence rather than people management.

Your impact

• Own the entire product design lifecycle, including strategy, conceptualization, high-fidelity execution, and final delivery.
• Set the creative bar for our projects and ensure the quality of every deliverable inspires the rest of the team.
• Articulate your design vision clearly to senior stakeholders while effectively collaborating with product, engineering, and client teams.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone who speaks English fluently and brings a deep understanding of modern interface conventions. You should be a master of your craft with the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of creative experience, with a minimum of 2 years spent in a creative agency environment.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing shipped products, specifically focused on iOS or Android native applications.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• A strong grasp of Web and OS X design, along with experience in areas like CRM and Analytics.
• The ability to navigate agile environments and a thorough knowledge of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines or Google’s Material Guidelines.
