What is this role?
We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position based in New Zealand, operating in a hybrid work environment. You will report directly to our Director of Design and serve as a key influence in shaping the intuitive experiences that define our industry-leading platform.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of the entire design lifecycle, guiding projects from initial user research and prototyping all the way through to final implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering, product management, and customer success to ensure our designs are both user-centric and aligned with our core business goals.
- Conduct regular usability testing and refine your designs based on real-world feedback to ensure our platform remains scalable, intelligent, and highly effective for our users.

- Expertise in Figma and a proven track record of leading end-to-end design projects.
- A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and experience applying frameworks like Jobs to Be Done.
- Experience in building and maintaining design systems that support product scalability.
- Fluency in English and the ability to travel internationally a few times per year for team offsites and customer engagements.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to deliver impactful design solutions that solve complex user problems.
