We are looking for a visionary leader to help us build the world's most powerful virtual design center.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Direct the end-to-end product design process, utilizing your expertise in user experience, interaction design, and visual design to create intuitive interfaces.
- Partner with developers and product teams to translate user needs and business goals into high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and cohesive design systems.
- Apply systems thinking to ensure our design solutions remain innovative, feasible, and consistent across all user touchpoints and screen sizes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in product design and a passion for creating seamless digital experiences. Our ideal candidate brings the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product design, ideally within the consumer commerce space.
- A robust portfolio that highlights your ability to design and launch successful digital products, including experience with design systems and responsive interfaces.
- Technical familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate effective communication with engineering teams.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience leveraging user research to validate concepts and drive design decisions.
Location
This position is available anywhere, as we embrace a hybrid work model that allows our team members the flexibility to work in a way that best supports their productivity and collaboration.

We are committed to supporting our employees through a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote health, well-being, and long-term financial security. Our offerings include:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- Short-term and long-term disability insurance.
- A 401(k) retirement plan, eligible after your first 90 days.
