Faire is an online wholesale marketplace that empowers independent retailers and makers by using data and machine learning to connect entrepreneurs globally. We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our Financial Products team and help us build intuitive, high-impact experiences that support small businesses everywhere.

Responsibilities

Partner with product and engineering teams to define, build, and launch new features.
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts.
Produce high-fidelity visuals that uphold our brand standards and design system.
Draft UX content that guides customers and helps them achieve their goals.
Conduct and lead user research and interviews to gain deep insights into customer needs.
Contribute to long-term product strategy and roadmap development.
Mentor fellow designers and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.

Must-haves

At least 6 years of experience in digital product and systems design.
Specific background in fintech, with a track record of simplifying complex financial experiences.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design decisions clearly to various stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
A growth-oriented approach, including the ability to adapt quickly and receive feedback.
Fluency in English.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $167,000 - $230,000 per year.
