Role at a glance
We are looking for an exceptional Lead Product Designer to join our Client Enrollment team. This is a full-time, lead-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere within the United States, or from our headquarters in Burlingame, California. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the first impressions of our members as they navigate their journey from registration to booking their first appointment.
Your impact
- Own the end-to-end user experience for our enrollment platform, moving from initial ideation and wireframing to final, pixel-perfect production.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to design seamless, cross-platform experiences across iOS, Android, and Web.
- Use data insights, user research, and competitive analysis to drive product strategy and influence leadership decisions with confidence.
What you'll need
You should be a seasoned designer with a passion for solving complex, multi-faceted problems. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- At least 8 years of experience in UX, UI, or HCI, with a strong background in mobile product design.
- A proven track record of shipping successful products within a collaborative, iterative development environment.
- High proficiency in modern design tools like Figma and a deep understanding of design systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-oriented culture.
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
- A portfolio showcasing your ability to design thoughtful, user-centric web and mobile applications.
