What you bring

As a Lead Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of our streaming platform. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in New York City, where you will be expected to work from our office three days a week. Your work will focus on leveraging cutting-edge technology to create seamless user experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end design process for new products and features, taking them from initial concepts to final launch.
• Developing compelling, user-centered solutions that align with our team's strategic goals.
• Integrating new features into our core platform experience while maintaining high standards of efficiency and design quality.

Requirements

We are looking for a creative leader with at least seven years of experience designing consumer-facing products. You should possess a strong portfolio of case studies that demonstrate your ability to take abstract ideas and turn them into successful, shipped products. You must have deep expertise in UX/UI design, interaction design, and product thinking, along with the ability to prototype ideas independently. Proficiency in working with design systems and a background in data science or experimentation is essential. We value candidates who are fascinated by AI and recommendation systems and who have experience designing for TV platforms. You should be a strong collaborator who is comfortable working alongside product managers, engineers, and researchers to turn customer data into actionable insights. Fluency in English is required.

What we offer

We provide a highly competitive base salary for this role, ranging from $165,000 to $215,000 per year. In addition to this compensation, you will be eligible for our equity plan and annual cash bonus programs.
