We are currently looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team and help us build the future of financial services.

Key outcomes

• Take ownership of the design process from initial concept through to final launch for our core product features.
• Partner with engineers and product managers to conduct user research and develop comprehensive design strategies.
• Produce high-quality design solutions that align perfectly with our brand identity and existing design system.
• Mentor and guide fellow designers to foster a culture of professional growth and design excellence.
• Utilize Figma to prototype, iterate, and refine intuitive interfaces that provide delightful user experiences.
• Apply a systems-thinking approach to solve complex design challenges while maintaining a focus on detail.
• Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and evolution of our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in Product Design, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates work on complex mobile and web applications.
• Deep proficiency in interaction design, information architecture, and core UX/UI principles.
• Expertise in using industry-standard design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma or Sketch.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to succeed within the fast-paced, often ambiguous environment of a startup.
• A customer-centric mindset that prioritizes user empathy to deliver valuable, intuitive solutions.
• Proven experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience working on AI or machine learning products, specifically within the realms of conversational assistants or Generative AI.
• A background in designing for highly technical products or the financial services sector.
• Technical proficiency in front-end development to assist in the implementation of design work.
• Skill sets in motion design, illustration, or animation.
