Role at a glance
You’ll join as our Lead Product Designer on a full-time, remote basis. The role calls for lead-level experience and can be performed from anywhere.
Your impact
- Own the full design lifecycle for the Datafication product area-setting strategy, forecasting resources, running reviews, and delivering polished experiences on time.
- Translate spatial and tabular data into intuitive visualizations, new analytics features, and AR/VR interactions that help users understand their environments in fresh ways.
- Keep multiple cross-functional workstreams aligned by communicating plans, gathering feedback, and clearing obstacles before they slow the team down.
What you'll need
Ten or more years of product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates mastery of data visualization, 3D work, and AR/VR interfaces. You bring a deep grasp of creative processes and project-management practices, and you’re comfortable running workflows, schedules, and reviews across product, marketing, and engineering teams. Exceptional organization, time management, and presentation skills are essential, along with the flexibility to adapt quickly when priorities shift. You thrive on detail, follow-through, and the ability to earn trust through outstanding work.
Perks and compensation
The US base salary range for this position is $129,088 to $201,700, plus bonus, equity, and a full benefits package.
