What is this role?
We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to join our Growth team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position for someone with at least six years of experience in consumer technology. You will work remotely from anywhere in the United States, acting as a strategic partner to our product, engineering, and data science teams to shape the future of our platform.
What will you do?
- Define the vision and strategy for our Growth team, identifying high-impact opportunities that align with our broader business goals.
- Lead the entire product design lifecycle, from initial exploration and hypothesis testing to shipping polished, user-centric experiences.
- Set a high standard for design craft while collaborating with your peers to share feedback and elevate the quality of our products across the company.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a strategic thinker who thrives on turning complex problems into simple, engaging experiences for web and mobile. You have a strong background in product design, interaction design, and visual design, and you are comfortable using both quantitative data and qualitative research to inform your decisions. You have experience contributing to design systems and are able to navigate ambiguity to drive alignment across an organization. Proficiency in English is required, and experience with visual communications or animation is considered a plus. Most importantly, you are a collaborative team player who is resilient, intellectually curious, and dedicated to helping those around you succeed.
