What you'll be doing
- You will lead our design systems efforts for restaurant platforms, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to build scalable foundations that improve the experience for diners and restaurants globally.
- You will act as an influential partner within our UX team, driving the vision for our design systems while streamlining processes and modernizing our approach to keep pace with evolving technology.
- You will manage key partnerships to define our roadmap, maintain high-quality design libraries, and advocate for system adoption through education and hands-on support for product development teams.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in English and possesses a deep understanding of design systems. Your background should include the following:
- A robust portfolio showcasing your ability to implement and maintain flexible, scalable design systems across multiple platforms.
- Extensive experience working on B2B products and a strong grasp of design nuances across iOS, Android, and responsive web.
- Exceptional visual design skills with a constant focus on accessibility and a proven ability to use storytelling and critical thinking to build consensus across diverse teams.
- A collaborative mindset that values introspection and feedback to continuously improve your work and the products you build.
- Comprehensive experience navigating the full design lifecycle, from initial insights and ideation to testing and implementation.
