What you bring

As our Lead Platform and Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the stability of our systems while driving developer productivity. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates located anywhere. You will be at the heart of our engineering efforts, working across product, design, and data science teams to ensure our infrastructure is as reliable as it is efficient. Your core responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing automated solutions to streamline infrastructure decisions and enhance test and deployment environments.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify technical challenges, propose innovative ideas, and implement long-term solutions.
• Continuously automating repetitive tasks and improving documentation to boost overall team efficiency and system reliability.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who combines high-level technical expertise with a collaborative, low-ego approach to problem-solving. You should have at least 4 years of technical engineering experience and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proficiency in English is required. We value individuals who possess an analytical mindset, a strong attention to detail, and the intellectual curiosity to look beyond surface-level answers. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where you can balance competing priorities while maintaining a focus on platform stability and monitoring.

What we offer
