About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Marketing Designer for a full-time position. In this role, you will act as both a creative strategist and a hands-on designer, taking full ownership of our visual brand identity across all customer touchpoints. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual stories that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality creative assets, including digital advertisements, video content, email campaigns, landing pages, and sales presentations.
- Manage the end-to-end creative process by writing strategic briefs, prioritizing high-impact projects, and guiding external agency partners to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with demand generation and product marketing teams to analyze creative performance and iterate on designs to improve engagement and conversion.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing design, specifically within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
- Expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, along with proficiency in video and motion editing tools.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to build design systems, manage multi-channel campaigns, and tell effective brand stories.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn complex messaging into clear, visually engaging content.
- Proven experience in project management and the ability to work independently while steering agency partners toward successful delivery.
Location
This position is based in the United States. Please note that this is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in our New York City office.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $110,000 to $125,000, plus stock options. We also offer the following benefits:
