Role at a glance
We are seeking a Lead Marketing Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will take ownership of our visual identity, ensuring our values and vision are communicated clearly to the world. You will work from anywhere, collaborating with a global team to push the boundaries of what we can achieve together.
Your impact
- Scale our brand identity: You will take our existing visual language and apply it consistently across all channels, including websites, marketing campaigns, social media, events, and sales materials.
- Simplify the complex: You will partner with Product Marketing to create precise, effective diagrams that explain our product, ensuring these visuals remain consistent and repeatable across all our assets.
- Drive web strategy: You will collaborate with our development team to build reusable webpage templates and map out the information architecture across our digital properties.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in designing for enterprise developer tools. We are looking for someone who balances hands-on design work with the ability to manage external creative agencies effectively. You must be fluent in English and possess the following skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Google Slides.
- A deep understanding of information architecture and the ability to support your design decisions with data.
- A passion for creating simple, meaningful icons and diagrams that clarify complex technical concepts.
- Experience working cross-functionally to ensure the brand is represented accurately and effectively.
- Bonus points if you have experience with GraphQL, past coding knowledge, or have worked in a startup environment.
