What is this role?

We are seeking a Lead Marketing and Communication Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position based in France, operating in a hybrid work environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and driving our marketing initiatives forward.

What will you do?

• Define and execute the global marketing and communication strategy for our agencies, ensuring seamless coordination and support across our international entities.
• Strengthen our brand reputation by developing high-quality communication tools, managing press relations, and overseeing strategic partnerships.
• Drive business growth by identifying new development opportunities, managing lead generation, and analyzing marketing performance through key metrics and ROI tracking.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of significant experience in marketing, whether from an agency, a media house, or an advertiser. You are a proactive, organized individual who thrives in project-based environments and is comfortable working with diverse profiles. Key requirements include:

• Technical proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, CMS platforms, and analytics software, alongside strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional fluency in both English and French.
• A data-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving tangible results and business objectives.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and external service providers effectively.
