We are searching for a Lead Growth Hacker to join our B2B startup, where you will drive significant growth by identifying unique hooks and crafting authentic, persuasive narratives. As a leader in energy efficiency across the Northeast, we are dedicated to reducing carbon emissions, and you will work closely with our co-founder and sales leadership to shape our market presence and accelerate our impact.
Responsibilities
- Design and launch high-impact growth experiments using compelling, non-salesy copy across emails, landing pages, videos, and campaigns.
- Identify the specific angles and insights that make our product essential to our target B2B audience.
- Partner with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to brainstorm and implement fresh messaging strategies.
- Manage the full lifecycle of growth initiatives, from initial concept and creative execution to data analysis and iteration.
- Translate complex technical solutions into clear, conversational language that builds genuine trust with potential customers.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of professional experience in growth, marketing, or writing within an early or growth-stage startup.
- A proven track record of developing strategic narratives and high-converting copy.
- Demonstrated success in ideating and scaling creative campaigns that drive measurable business results.
- Exceptional writing abilities characterized by a precise, persuasive, and human tone.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics to refine your approach.
- A deep understanding of the B2B buying process and how to generate authentic urgency.
- Fluency in English.
