We are currently searching for a talented Lead Designer to join our growing practice and help us elevate the quality and creativity of our work across diverse industries.
Role at a glance
This is a contractor position for an experienced design professional. You will have the freedom to work remotely from anywhere, provided you are comfortable collaborating in English. We are looking for someone who can step into a leadership capacity and drive projects from the initial concept through to final execution.
Your impact
- Take the lead on designing accessible, high-quality digital initiatives that align with client goals and project metrics.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing your expertise and guiding their professional development.
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration by confidently presenting your design rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
What you'll need
We are looking for a creative thinker with at least 6 years of visual design experience, ideally within a digital agency setting. You should be a strong communicator who can manage project tracks autonomously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Your technical toolkit should include:
- Expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- A bonus would be experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software.
- A proven ability to lead design projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
