We are looking for a talented Lead Designer to join our team at Seattle Reign FC. As a premier professional women's soccer club in the National Women's Soccer League, we are deeply committed to excellence, inclusivity, and community impact. This full-time, hybrid role is central to evolving our visual identity and bringing our club’s storytelling to life. You will work closely with our Director of Design to guide creative projects, mentor team members, and ensure our brand remains bold and culturally relevant across all digital, print, and matchday platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of brand creative across diverse channels, including social media, merchandise, and environmental design.
- Provide strong visual direction for projects to ensure all work aligns with our established brand standards and cultural identity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, digital, and partnership teams to streamline workflows and improve departmental efficiency.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in visual storytelling and brand execution. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a design leadership role with a proven ability to manage projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience working with design systems, creative operations, and motion graphics.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.

What we offer
