Rogue Recruitment is looking for a well-qualified Lead Design Engineer to join an incredibly innovative fired equipment engineering company here in the Tulsa area. This is an exciting full-time, direct hire career opportunity offering a flexible hybrid work schedule, and paying anywhere from $115 - $140K/yr., depending on overall experience & qualifications.

Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in either Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or similar technical discipline.

This is a leadership role within a small team of engineers & designers, so looking for relevant work experience and the ability to work hands-on within the team, as well as effectively lead & manage.

The right person for this role will have at least 5+ years of direct experience with equipment design for refinery, petrochem, or similar heavy industrial plant environment.

To be considered for this role, this person must have experience with structural calculations of API 560 heaters, and familiarity with fabrication and general arrangement drawings. This experience is necessary to perform the required design and review work.
