Responsibilities

Design and run a multi-channel demand generation program that blends digital campaigns, account-based marketing, and high-touch events to reach key decision-makers.
Track, analyze, and refine campaign performance using data to improve results and pipeline contribution.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and maximize the impact of every initiative.
Lead and coach a marketing team, encouraging a creative, data-driven culture that meets ambitious growth targets.

Must-haves

At least six years of B2B demand-generation or marketing experience with a track record of measurable success.
Hands-on experience building and executing account-based marketing strategies and campaigns.
Proficiency with marketing-automation and analytics platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
Strong project-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines.
Fluency in English.
Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice-to-haves

Experience mentoring or managing marketing team members.
Background working in fast-paced startup environments.

Benefits

Annual OTE total compensation for this role is $185,000 USD, accompanied by a target equity package.
