About the Role

We are seeking a Lead CRO Analyst to join our Product team on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal role where you will drive our conversion rate optimization initiatives for both US and international markets. You will take ownership of identifying conversion barriers and implementing strategies to improve the user experience across our digital platforms. As a lead, you will be instrumental in helping our brand reach new heights by analyzing performance data and collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence our e-commerce roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRO strategies by leveraging data insights to identify growth opportunities and presenting recommendations to leadership.
  • Design and oversee A/B and multivariate testing, personalization experiments, and user journey optimizations to measure and improve the impact on conversion rates.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including ROI, frustration scores, and lifetime value, while refining testing frameworks to ensure efficient scaling of our optimization efforts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Economics.
  • Four to six years of experience managing large-scale testing and personalization initiatives, specifically using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Interaction Studio.
  • Two to four years of deep experience with end-to-end web tagging, including defining data layers and instrumenting results in Adobe Tag Manager or GTM.
  • Strong proficiency in UX design principles, wireframing, and segmentation strategies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to navigate changing priorities and collaborate effectively with stakeholders ranging from web developers to C-level executives.

Location

This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a learning budget to support your professional development and the opportunity to work with a talented, mission-driven team dedicated to revolutionizing the live entertainment experience.
