We are currently seeking a Lead Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst to join our Product team. This is an on-site, full-time opportunity based in the United States for an experienced professional who is passionate about data-driven growth and enhancing the digital journey for our users.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRO strategies that align with our broader business objectives.
- Monitor and report on critical performance metrics, including conversion rates, ROI, frustration scores, NPS, and LTV.
- Design and manage a rigorous testing roadmap, including A/B and multivariate experiments, to optimize our digital properties.
- Establish governance models and testing frameworks to scale our optimization efforts efficiently.
- Collaborate with product managers, tech leads, and business stakeholders to integrate optimization initiatives into the e-commerce roadmap.
- Analyze user behavior through session replays and testing data to identify and prioritize new features.
- Present strategic recommendations to leadership to drive continuous improvement across our sales and checkout funnels.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Economics.
- 4 to 6 years of experience managing large-scale testing and personalization initiatives.
- 4 to 6 years of experience driving personalization efforts using platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Interaction Studio.
- 2 to 4 years of deep experience with end-to-end web tagging, including defining data layers and utilizing tools like Adobe Tag Manager or GTM.
- Strong proficiency in segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing tools such as Optimizely or Adobe Test and Target.
- Demonstrated background in UX design, wireframing, and usability principles.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to navigate changing priorities.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, from web developers to C-level leadership.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. Beyond the salary, we offer the opportunity to work with an extraordinary team on a mission to revolutionize the live entertainment industry, along with access to training and education reimbursement programs.
