Figment is a leader in blockchain infrastructure, dedicated to powering the future of Web3. We support over 500 institutional clients by providing essential staking solutions, reward optimization, and secure API development, and we are looking for a Lead Content Marketing Manager to help us shape our narrative as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
- Produce high-quality longform content, including white papers, research reports, and thought leadership pieces that explain complex blockchain and staking concepts to finance professionals.
- Manage collaborative research initiatives and co-sponsored reports with traditional finance partners.
- Collaborate closely with our internal product, sales, legal, and protocol teams to ensure our content remains accurate and impactful.
- Analyze the performance of content initiatives to refine our strategy and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Engage with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and asset managers, to gather insights and build authority.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications within the blockchain, staking, or traditional finance sectors.
- A proven track record of writing authoritative research reports and white papers.
- Exceptional storytelling and editing skills with the ability to distill technical topics for non-technical audiences.
- Deep knowledge of crypto protocols, staking mechanics, and the regulatory landscape.
- Strong project management abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
Nice-to-haves
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Benefits
The base salary for this role is $160,000 - $185,000 USD (or CAD $160,000 - $185,000 for candidates based in Canada).
