Beyond our core services, we are proud to support social initiatives, such as upskilling migrants and assisting medical professionals in Germany with language recognition. We are currently seeking a Lead B2B Marketing Manager for a full-time, hybrid position based in Berlin to help us scale our impact and drive our B2B growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle marketing initiatives designed to boost brand awareness and generate high-quality leads across various business units.
- Design and execute end-to-end B2B campaigns across digital and offline channels while collaborating with the sales team to refine lead-nurturing strategies and optimize the sales funnel.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, manage budgets, conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable data insights to improve overall return on investment.
Requirements
- Over five years of professional experience in B2B marketing, specifically within Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, and Event Marketing.
- Strong proficiency in marketing and sales automation tools such as HubSpot, Eloqua, or Salesforce, alongside web analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently, work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies, and interpret complex data to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English at a C2 level.
- A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
