We are looking for a Lead Apparel Designer to shape the creative direction of our golf and lifestyle apparel collections and guide every stage of the design process from concept through production at our on-site studio in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Define seasonal creative direction, mood boards, color palettes, and fabric stories that reflect our brand identity and appeal to both golfers and lifestyle consumers.
- Produce original designs through hand sketches, digital renderings, and technical drawings while selecting performance fabrics, trims, and finishes.
- Integrate technical features such as moisture-wicking, UV protection, and temperature regulation into garments that also suit everyday wear.
- Develop tech packs and oversee the full design review process, including sample evaluations and fit sessions, to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with graphic, technical, product development, and production teams to ensure designs translate accurately into production-ready specifications.
- Lead trend forecasting and competitor analysis, staying current on performance innovations and sustainable materials to keep collections ahead of market shifts.
- Align visual presentation of products in lookbooks, online, and in-store with brand storytelling in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
Must-haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.
- Seven or more years of apparel design experience focused on performance, athletic, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven success leading creative teams and managing the complete product lifecycle from concept to market.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative designs that combine performance functionality with modern aesthetics.
- Expertise in fabric selection, material innovation, and technical garment construction.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D design software.
- Deep knowledge of golf-specific performance requirements and lifestyle fashion trends.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
