What you bring

As a Lead AI Accelerated Application Modernization Engineer, you will serve as a hands-on technical leader in a full-time, remote capacity. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence and helping our clients navigate their own AI journeys. Your core responsibilities include:

• Providing technical delivery leadership for project workstreams while identifying opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions.
• Architecting technical solutions that leverage AI and leading small teams of engineers through the implementation process.
• Mentoring junior team members and uplifting client engineers to adopt new AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a deep technical background in Engineering, AI, Full Stack, Cloud Native, and DevOps. You should be comfortable working in an Agile environment and navigating complex, multi-cloud enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is a lifelong learner who thrives in ambiguous situations, communicates with empathy, and is eager to mentor others. You must be fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship. Proficiency in modern development tools, such as AI-accelerated IDEs, and a strong understanding of both functional and object-oriented programming are essential for success in this role.

What we offer
