About the Role
We are hiring a Kundenmanager/in on a Full Time basis. In this position you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive prompt, high-quality support while we continue to expand our services in web design and SEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep projects organized so clients always receive fast and professional responses.
- Stay in regular contact with customers through WhatsApp to answer questions and maintain satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs and other performance metrics to spot opportunities and keep service levels high.
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience in web design, SEO, or a closely related field.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in teamwork and collaboration.
- Comfort working with numbers, statistics, and basic business metrics.
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken German.
- A structured, service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering more than expected.
Location
This role is fully remote, and we welcome applicants from any location as long as you are in the same time zone as our team.
