About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Kundenmanager/in to join our team on a Full Time basis. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they are satisfied and well-supported as we help them expand their digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain seamless communication with our clients primarily through WhatsApp to ensure quick and high-quality responses.
• Manage organizational tasks to keep our internal processes running smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, statistics, and other business metrics to help our clients track their success.

Requirements

• You have 2 to 4 years of professional experience in the web design or SEO industry.
• You possess a strong service-oriented mindset and a passion for over-delivering for clients.
• Ideally, you hold a completed commercial vocational training or a university degree.
• You are highly structured, organized, and enjoy keeping track of complex tasks.
• You are a strong communicator who thrives in a team environment.
• You have a natural aptitude for numbers and understand core business relationships.
• You have an excellent command of the German language.

Location

This position is 100% remote. You can work from anywhere, as long as you are able to operate within our time zone.
