Shoptet is one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the region, dedicated to helping businesses and individuals launch and scale their online ventures. We provide a comprehensive ecosystem for e-shops, ranging from rental platforms and payment services to professional networking, and we are looking for a Junior Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team in a hybrid, part-time capacity based in Slovakia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute our social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and identify emerging trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our brand voice remains consistent across all channels.
- Attend e-commerce events across Slovakia to capture video content and conduct interviews with industry professionals.
- Work closely with our partners and influencers on various collaborative activities.
- Assist in organizing internal networking events for our e-shop community.
Must-haves
- 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including impeccable grammar.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- A genuine interest in the e-commerce market.
- English proficiency at a B1 level or higher.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo or video editing tools.
