Junior Social Media Specialist at Shoptet

We provide a comprehensive ecosystem for e-shops, ranging from rental platforms and payment services to professional networking, and we are looking for a Junior Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team in a hybrid, part-time capacity based in Slovakia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute our social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and identify emerging trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our brand voice remains consistent across all channels.
• Attend e-commerce events across Slovakia to capture video content and conduct interviews with industry professionals.
• Work closely with our partners and influencers on various collaborative activities.
• Assist in organizing internal networking events for our e-shop community.

Must-haves

• 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including impeccable grammar.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• A genuine interest in the e-commerce market.
• English proficiency at a B1 level or higher.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with event planning and coordination.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo or video editing tools.
