Role at a glance
We are looking for an ambitious Junior Social Media Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, on-site position perfect for a junior-level professional who is eager to shape our brand presence in the MENA region. You will be at the heart of our regional growth, helping us connect with fans and elevate our global esports initiatives.
Your impact
- Build and manage our social media presence across the MENA region by identifying the right channels and driving community growth.
- Create and localize high-quality content that resonates with our regional audience, ensuring our brand voice remains consistent and engaging.
- Track our success by monitoring social media metrics and managing advertising campaigns to boost our reach and conversions.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a creative thinker with a passion for gaming culture. We value candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management, ideally within the gaming or entertainment sectors.
- Native fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English, with a talent for localizing content.
- A strong grasp of social media algorithms, advertising budgets, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling, on-brand copy.
