We are currently searching for a Junior Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is perfect for someone eager to take ownership of projects from day one, turning client requirements into meaningful digital outcomes while working alongside our experienced team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, including planning activities, estimating effort, allocating resources, and maintaining strict timelines.
- Draft comprehensive project documentation and requirements while collaborating closely with analysts and department managers.
- Manage ongoing client relationships by providing regular progress reports, gathering feedback, and identifying new opportunities to add value to their business.
Requirements
- Possess 1 to 2 years of professional experience in project management, ideally within the technology sector.
- Hold a university degree in a scientific or technical field, with a preference for Management Engineering or similar disciplines.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Maintain proficiency with standard project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Show a proactive mindset toward problem-solving and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
