Today, Exelab is looking for a Junior Project Manager – a professional who is ready to take responsibility for leading projects and turning client needs into impactful digital solutions.

The Junior Project Manager will progressively take charge of managing projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, resources, and budgets are aligned with the project goals. While the projects may vary in scope and complexity, the responsibility and ownership are real from day one.

Design and analytical thinking are essential for this role, together with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

From the outset you’ll work alongside senior Project Managers; as your skills deepen you’ll take on these responsibilities end-to-end.

• Identifying customer needs and constructing a project proposal, interfacing with key stakeholders and validating feasibility also from a technical standpoint
  

• Drafting project documentation and requirements, involving analysts and managers of the relevant areas
  

• Planning scheduled activities including effort estimation, resource allocation, and timelines, in coordination with the program manager and involved departments
  

• Monitoring project progress and ensuring proper execution through direct management using project management tools
  

• Evaluating project performance with respect to budget and objectives
  

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and all involved stakeholders through updates, reports, progress tracking, and feedback gathering
  

• Identifying new opportunities based on client needs within ongoing projects or potential future ones

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology-related fields
  

• University degree in a scientific or technical discipline – a degree in Management Engineering or similar is highly appreciated
  

• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities
  

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
  

• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  

• Ability to interface with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience in CRM integration projects
  

• Background in web project management
  

• Previous experience in a consulting or system integration environment
  

• Interest or experience in AI-powered tools and technologies
  

• HubSpot certifications
