About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will help us shape the future of our product portfolio by working closely with our international departments. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in product innovation, data management, and market analysis while contributing to the success of our global brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product and master data within our ERP and PIM/MAM systems while overseeing the lifecycle of product launches and updates.
- Conduct detailed market and performance analyses to support our competitive positioning and assortment planning.
- Collaborate across departments, including the creative, engineering, purchasing, and sales teams, to ensure smooth product management operations.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a structured, analytical approach and a passion for product development. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A completed commercial vocational training or equivalent education.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Teams, along with experience using ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with French language skills considered a plus.
- A team-oriented mindset with a basic technical understanding and a keen eye for current market trends.
- Previous professional experience in an industrial setting is highly desirable.
Location
This position is based in Germany and follows a hybrid work model.
