We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As a leading agency in the fitness and health sector, we specialize in driving growth for our clients through high-impact social media strategies. If you are passionate about paid social advertising and thrive on optimizing campaigns to achieve exceptional results, we would love to have you on board. This role is based in Germany and offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with flexibility.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage high-performing advertising campaigns across Meta and other major social media platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators to ensure our marketing efforts consistently hit their targets.
Act as a dedicated point of contact for our clients, presenting new concepts and ideas with a professional and approachable demeanor.

Requirements

You have 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically with managing paid social campaigns.
You possess a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable navigating the Meta Ads Manager with ease.
You are fluent in both English and German.
You demonstrate a high level of discipline, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
You have a deep interest in the fitness and health industry and stay up to date with the latest social media trends.
